• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Procmail

I would like to install procmail because of its enhanced mda functionality and ability to fight spam. I know that it can be integrated with qmail, but I would like to make sure that it's plesk friendly. Please advise.
Thanks

It's not very plesk friendly... I spent quite some time trying to integrate it at one point a while back. I don't remember exactly what the issue was, but I know I never got it to move mail. I use it on non Plesk tainted qmail servers, and it works fine with only some slight modifications, like using safecat.

I think Scott/ART also tried to get it working at one point, but I don't know if he had any more success than I did.

Damn... It sounds like plesk is seriously cripple in regard to mail filtering. Are they ever going to fix this?
