We are running Plesk 7.5 reloaded and we have one email account that we wish to filter through procmail to extract a structured format and put it into a mysql database.
Our problem is that in the case of single email account for a single Plesk domain how do we tell procmail where to look for the .procmailrc file in .qmail given that we have no $HOME variable?
All the literature I can find assumes that either we are running unix accounts for users or that we wish to globally control all Plesk emails as in the case of spam.
Any pointers in a direction would be much appreciated.
Kind regards
Geoff
