Proftpd not working after upgrade from plesk8

After i upgrade from plesk 8 to 9.2.3 proftpd disappeared from system on centos.
Component Manager gives me that proftpd is installed:

psa-proftpd 1.3.1-cos5.build92091016.19

how and where i can start it?
