programmatically creating email alias

Hi All,
I want to programatically create email alias for my site. I run plesk and i'm on windows hosting.

i see this when i login to control panel. How do i find location for this script and how can i create an alias with a php script that i will put in cron job

/domains/mail/mail_name_alias_edit.php
