Protected Directories

Could you integrate the protected directories function with the file manager?

When creating a protected directory it creates it properly in the file manager but when it is deleted from the file manager it is not removed from the protected directories list. Combining the two would provide a central point of administration and security.

Good catch. We actually plan to have so-called web server manager in the next version, which would integrate IIS-related functions and allow for per-directory IIS configuration.
