psa error log

Since the latest hotfix, spamassasin is very often down and watchdog keeps restarting it.

I checked the logs in
psa/admin/logs/httpsd_error_log
and found:

/tmp/monitrc.chk: No such file or directory
Control file syntax OK
Control file syntax OK
unix dgram connect: Connection refused at /usr/sbin/spamd line 1746
unix dgram connect: Connection refused at /usr/sbin/spamd line 1746

What does it mean ? I checked and the /tmp/monitrc.chk file exists !
What's the problem with spamd ?

BTW, there are some file not exist line.

I've found that the folder /opt/psa/admin/htdocs/skins/winxp.new/css/main/images is missing. Did the debian installer install those files ?
