• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved psa login problem after switching edition

New Pleskian
Hello forum,

I having trouble of psa login after changed edition from Web Pro to Web admin,
it seems that this problem happening because web admin edition doesn't have
"client" system and my clients trying to login with ID which along with a "client"
(login try ends with redirect loop error).

My question is, can I delete record at "client" table in "psa" database in order to
add additional administrator login id? Since my client wants same name of ID,
I need to delete client record but I'm not sure if deleting it causes any problem or not.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I suppose it would be better and safer to use

# plesk bin client -r <login_name>

instead of intervention to database structure.
