psa restore error

Hello,

While restoring from the backup created with psadump it gives the error
" Dump reader error: Input file is not a valid MIME file: can not find MIME header. "

The configuration of bot the server is same. There is no change in it. Anyone has idea regarding the error.Help would be much appreciated.
