psadump failure

Regular Pleskian
After a lot of finaggling, I got 7.5.2 to install (or so it says it did) but now my backups don't work anymore. I'm getting the following error:

Unable to create semaphore.
at /usr/local/psa/bin/psadump line 303

What is happening?

Anyone know?
