• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

psadump: mysqldump out of memory

Regular Pleskian
Hi,

When running psadump on a RHL9 and Plesk 7.5.4, I get the following error:

[Fri May 11 00:46:05 2007] dumping mysql database mydb1 ... error!
/usr/bin/mysqldump: Out of memory (Needed 7578664 bytes)
/usr/bin/mysqldump: Got error: 2008: MySQL client run out of memory when retrieving data from server
An error was occured during execution: "/usr/bin/mysqldump -uadmin -p************ --quote-names 'mydb1'"
WARNING: previous error was ignored!

The mydb1 database is pretty big (several GBs).

How can I have psadump backup it correctly?

I need to restore the domain on a new Plesk 7.5.4 server using psarestore.

Thanks.
