psarestore without stopping plesk

Hi,

Is there a way to restore a domain into Plesk 7.5.4 for Linux using the psarestore utility without having it stop Plesk and all its services (Apache, MySQL, etc.).

We've tried the --noblock option, but that didn't help, the psarestore utility still stopped Plesk to restore the domain from the dump file.
