Resolved Published site layout differs from unpublished

In WPB the logo and top menu are next to each other. In my published site the logo is centered above the menu, with both filling the width of the page.

Why do they differ? This is across the entire website...
 
Resolved. Issue seems to be in a delayed update. Had to log out of and log back into plesq.
