• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Publishing Error with Trial Sites

ok...here's a good one:

We offer the trial for 15 days with all of the features and ten pages so potential customer can see and try everything available to him/her.

But if they select a budget plan that does not include all of the features they used in the trial site, the site will transfer over in it's entirely but then when they go to publish new changes everything jams up.

Anyone else have this and if so, what did you do to fix?

Site structure (pages, modules, etc.) can not exceed plan limits otherwise you will have some problems with limit exceeding. For example, if you have site where 10 pages exist and site plan limit is 8 pages, during plan modification you will get an error until all required limits will be observed. So I can suggest you to decrease number of pages for such sites or offer plans for clients which satisfies site requirements.
