publishing problem

hi

ive been designing my website and i am having trouble with publishing it

i keep getting this message

The site cannot be published to the specified location.
An error has occurred during publishing via FTP. Please contact the server administrator.

Publishing settings ftp://[email protected]/lcn/www.all-things-animal.co.uk


this info was preset when i purchased my site so i havent entered anything incorrectly and i am unsure of how to fix this

any help would be appreciated
