qgreylist Help needed

trying qgreylist from arts repo as a backup support to our antispam appliance.

Problem is clients can not send email using the qgreylist instantly it rejects mail for 4-5 minutes and then accepts it.

how can i bypass this problem?

i use SMTP Auth on PLESK

can not use white listing since clients IPs are dinamic

will Pop3lock solve the problem?

YOu can whitelist the entire class "c" ip addresses for your clients? Would this help?

unfortunately no ...

all clients IPS are dynamic,

do you know using "POP3 before SMTP" instead of SMTP Auth works with gray listing?

POP3 before SMTP will not solve the problem. Even if IP's are dynamic, they are sitll within the ip range owned by the ISP. You can whitelist an entire class "B" ip range.
