Qmail Bounce Issue, Plesk 9.2.1

I am currently having a email bounce issue with one of my Plesk box. Qmail is currently used and I have been getting "Failure Notice" email bounces sent to my root email address when the email was sent to a non-existent email account. In server wide and domain mail settings, "Mail to nonexistent user" has been set to Reject but I still get "Failure Notice" bounce emails after clearing the mail queue and restarting QMail. Is there a way to resolve this?
