Hello,
We have Plesk Parallels 9.3 running on Debian.
We have a couple of domains running on it.
for 2 of those domains we do not want Plesk to handle the email. That email should be directed to our office Exchange server.
We are using a external DNS, where the MX records are configured correct.
In Plesk we have turned off the "Activate mail service on domain" for these domains.
Now, when we mail to this domain from somewhere other then our webserver. It goes ok and mail is delivered on our exchange server. But when we try to mail to this domain from the webserver, we get a error:
deferral: Sorry,_I_wasn't_able_to_establish_an_SMTP_connection._(#4.4.1)/
i did a nslookup for the MX records for the domain.
This is pointing correctly to our exchange server.
and i can also make a telnet connection to our exchange server on port 25 from the webserver.
This setup worked before we upgraded plesk to version 9
How can we fix this?
