I have too much spam with qmail unpatched and all protections availables on plesk at this moment, can i have an urgent help on this search please? thanks.

What are you using for spam filtering? Adding some additional RBL's such as Barracuda will cut back on a lot of the junk.

All of them are already in use and no change. All spam options are already used. (only not greylisting cause delivering problems with it)
