qmail problem - spool user

I'm still trying to run an exchange Server on a Suse 10.2 64Bit with Plesk 8.3.
I nearly got everything to work. All of my clients are using Horde as webmail und Imap/Pop3 to connect and only a few of them need the exchange solution.
The webaccess already works. So does the connection from Outlook, the synchornisation with PDAs or Blackberrys. I can even send mail from every account.

The ONLY Problem still left is, that none of the accounts can receive messages.
The sender always gets the following reply:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at ########.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Access denied or Unknown user 'test1', error code: 0x80040111

I can manually pipe Mails trough to an account trough the command line.
The guys from Zarafa-support (where I bought the exchange Server) told me that its only a problem of permissions and they would fix it for 400EUR.

Before paying the money I wanted to ask you guys first.
What is the name of the user that handles all the spool directorys??? I need that user because I need to tell zarafa the name of the local admin user.

I looked into passwd but there are like 10 different qmail useres.....

Does anyone has a tip for me??

Ok, Problem Solved
The right useres I had to use where: mail, popuser, alias
Now everything works!
