Qmail queue problem

Good day!
On my installation of Plesk 8.0 messages stops sending after about 180 in queue (amount of not preprocessed stars growing...) Queue filled out by "failure notice" but 180(!) it is too small to stop queue at all. What could be wrong?

queuelifetime set to 172800
OS - FreeBSD 5.4
