qmail remote and local send limit

How do i increase the number of emails qmail tries to send at once for both remote and local deliveries?

There was a post by atomic rocket turtle in the plesk 6.0 forum but the file locations cannot be found on this version of plesk and doing a grep for the contents yeilds me no results..

The Qmail control files should still be at:

/var/qmail/controls

The file would be concurrencylocal and concurrencyremote.

They normally do not exist by default, so you will need to create them.

well if they dont exist that would explain the file location and inability to grep for the contents.... lol
