• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

on our old servers we used to run plesk 7.x which didn't have the mail queue facilities that are on 8.1 and used to view and manage the queue by ssh.

We have now upgraded servers and run 8.1 which is great for viewing and removing messages from the queue but we can no longer use qmHandle (doesn't seem to exist) and therefore cannot force it to send, is there anyway on 8.1 that this can be done?

Im a total newbie to linux, so anything complicated will fly over my head.

Cheers

If you are familiar with qmHandle, just install the script back on your server and continue to run with ssh.
