question about FTP in plesk

I just added my domain and I wanted to know how to enable APPEND in upload / downloads because I get this error when I try to resume upload: Append/Restart not permitted, try again
 
Turn on resuming..

Add AllowStoreRestart on to your /etc/proftpd.conf
