Question about the logs... server type, that is

Hello People!

I recently had the need to review the mail logs... Qmail got stuck. I tried clearing the Q etc. and it didn't help, had to reboot the server. A-n-y-w-a-y, Looking at those logs made my one eye hate me. Do you have a suggestion on a good log analyzer? Specifically, one that would help identify errors and assist with diagnostics? Hopefully, it would also be one that has a nice GUI... not a command line thingie
