• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

quota exceeded bug?

R_R_D

New Pleskian
I searched for the solution to my problem in the forum but didn't found it.

I have a domain that is occuping:

1,2G /var/www/vhosts/domain.com
43M /var/lib/mysql/database
404M /var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com

I don't have mailinglists, java applications or domain backup files.

If i set the Hard disk quota to 5gb and the Disk space to 5gb too, I can't upload files.

Plesk information is: Disk space 1.2 GB used

What can I do to resolve the problem?

Is it Virtuozzo VPS? What sort of error do you have when you try files upload?

It is difficult to say what is wrong without access to your server. There are can be a different reasons of this problem and it should be investigated directly on your server. So, contact support team if you can't find it by yourself.

Hello,

You should also take a look at Plesk -> Domains -> domain.com -> Resource Usage and make sure that the disk quota is set to unlimited or it has a higher value then your current usage.

Cheers.
