  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

I have getting this message 2 time now and I have 50MB of space set for email and only 682K of email in their box.

I am facing the same problem. We are using Plesk 8 to host website and email accounts. My client has 80MB set as their mail box quota but is unable to receive 3MB file attachment. Anybody, please help. Thank you.

Same here...

I'm also experiencing this issue via the (new) Plesk v8.6 running on a Debian box. It first began occuring at Plesk 8.4 though - it must have just carried the issue along in the recent upgrade to v8.6.

Only happens to some customers. I believe the problem only occurs when you leave individual mail accounts set with no quota - as soon as you give them a quota, it seems to go away.

will post more data here as I find it in my testing, etc. But so far, so good :)
