Resolved Ram Memory cache uses

From the 16 GB memory I have 8.6 GB is used for Cache. How can I change this?
Turn of the cache on all sites?

Are you on a Linux server? Then it's totally fine. Linux releases cache as soon as it's needed for an application. Read more on: Help! Linux ate my RAM!
