Random 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

Afitz200_.

New Pleskian
I have had this error for the past few weeks:

Every now and then I will attempt to load my Plesk 12, CentOS6 Website, and receive the following error:
503, Service Temporarily Unavailable.

It requires a restart of nginx and apache in order to remove the error. It then can come back in a week, or in a few hours. Its completely random. I also can't find anything in the logs.

This started happening after I enabled backups, then later disabled backups because of problems with my backup server. However this does not occur when my scheduled backup was.

Please help, I have not been able to get past this problem for the past few weeks, any help is appreciated and i'm will to provide as much info as possible..

Regards

I can only recommend to create a request to support team to do in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at https://www.odin.com/support/request/ .
You may have free support, please check what kind of Plesk license you use for available support options at http://kb.odin.com/en/121580 .
If there’s no free support in your case, you can order Plesk per-incident support at http://www.odin.com/support/buy-support/ Support team will contact you as soon as purchase is processed, and they will do the best to resolve it.
If it is found that your problem was caused by product bug w/o available solution or workaround from Parallels, then your purchase will be re-funded.

Same problem here, differnts sites are showing randomly 503 error in logs. But nothing in /var/logs/nginx i am using plesk 17 with php mpm_event + nginx + apache.

It can be a PHP FPM issue. Look at the PHP FPM logs for "max_children" entries. If you find any, you need to increase the max_children value in the PHP FPM configuration a great deal.
