  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Random incoming email rejection

After upgrading to 9.0, all of my clients have been having a problem getting email to come in to them from some people. It seems to be random which emails get rejected, but it is consistent in that all earthlink.net, att.net and a few other domains always get rejected with the "not on my list of allowed domains" error .

I tried turning off Dr.Web, spamassasin, and even deleted one domain entirely and added it again only to have the same problem. Then I noticed that if I try to send an email to any email account on any of the domains on my server from an earthlink account, it is rejected.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated. My clients are getting understandably upset and some are losing business because of this.

Best regards,

w.
