Re-install fails, why ??

Hello,

I have a VPS.
I'm trying to reinstall my VPS. But it keeps failing.
I try it in Virtuozzo with the 'Reinstall VPS' button under 'Maintenance'

This are the errors I get:

Does anyone have suggestions or a solution ?

P.S. I tried to find for a solution on this forum, but couldn't find anything. If someone also already had this and there was already an andwer on this forum, then sorry.
