  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Have you tried to reconfigure the domain? Like
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain <domainname>
? We have experienced errors on the creation and modification of the webmail subdomain configuration files several times when a domain configuraton is changed. Maybe the file is missing altogether or the symbolic link (that's where the error situation comes in) is missing or wrong. If the web server was not restarted before, an old working configuration might still have been in memory, but after reboot, the configuration that is stored on disk is used which is not giving the error.

Other from that, I'd start investigating /etc/httpd/conf/plesk.conf.d/webmails if the webmail configuration file exists and whether it looks like the other files in that directory.
