Receiving Mail But Can Not Sending Mail

I have windows server 2008 r2 and plesk 12. I can receive mails but can not send mail. I am receiving mail like this :

MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Hi Emin1,

please check your DNS - settings on the nameserver from your domain - provider ... for example the IP "78.186.22.117" has missing records all over. See the Plesk DNS - templates to see, what might be missing on the nameserver from your domain provider.

dear UFHH01 and Emin1,

I am totally new and unknown with PLESK, the company I ordered my VPS with does not want to help me out so I really hope you can...
In PLESK, I created some mail addresses... I can receive mail on the account, can send mail to addresses within the same domain but... as soon as I send an email to any external mail address... the mail will not be delivered.... I do not get an error back and as far as I know, I tried everything...

What can I do? I really have no idea what to do? I added some screenshots what i entered.... please help me out??

what to do?? I hope someone here can help me out where my "host" lacks support in this... they actually gave me this address
