Receiving unavailable error on all sites in Step 4 (editing page)

I can access sitebuilder via my server IP address and edit every site and every page, but when I log into sitebuilder using a host header (http://diy.cewd.com) i get the following error for all sites when I attempt to edit the content of a page (step 4).

The page at http://diy.cewd.com/Sites/7469d9f3-b9e7-4d7d-85cc-d1a1e0bc212d/ is unavailable. Please contact your Plesk Sitebuilder provider to resolve this problem. - If you try to go to this URL you will see that it does work.

I'm sure this is just a configuration item I just don't know where to go to fix it. If it helps I initially installed sitebuilder using just the IP as the host header but later switched it to the diy.cewd.com after I was ready to rollout.

Please refer to the Installation Guide - Sitebuilder under NAT configuration. The problem is that Sitebuilder cannot access http://diy.cewd.com/Sites/7469d9f3-b...-d1a1e0bc212d/ from his host. Check this URL from the machine where Sitebuilder is installed.
