Recently Added IP Address not showing up for domain

I'm attempting to change the IP address of a site from a shared ip to an exclusive IP for SSL purposes.

From the server page, I was able to add the new IP address and see it listed in the IP Addresses section, but when I go to the domain I want to assign it to, it doesn't show up in the setup section. If I create a new test domain, the new IP doesn't show up as one I could select to assign.

Any advise is appreciated.
