New Pleskian
Hi,
I've recently found out about PHP-FPM and now want to try it out on a server using:
OS CentOS 5.8 (Final)
Panel version 11.0.9 Update #28
PHP 5.3.3 (updated Tuesday in order to get PHP-FPM which is now bundled in PHP 5.3.3 as detailed on http://php-fpm.org/ and http://php.net/manual/en/install.fpm.php)
However, I was told that I need to recompile PHP in order to use those functions (I mainly want to use fastcgi_finish_request()
and that doing so denies me support from Plesk.
Is that correct?
Is there an alternative?
What can I do to be able to use PHP-FPM without losing support from Plesk?
