recompiling qmail with smtp_auth

Hi,

I just been asked about recompiling qmail distributed with Plesk with smtp_auth. Can this be done and how? Where do you get the patches from?

Thanks for any help.
 
What OS are you speaking of? In RedHat 9 and CentOS 4 smtp_auth is in /var/qmail/bin. Why would you need a patch?
