Reconfigurator / move vhosts dir

Schupo

New Pleskian
Hi,

I am trying move the vhosts folder to drive "D:\vhosts",
but as it reaches the "Reconfiguring FTP server: second stage" dialog I get an error and it aborts the operation with this error message:

ftpmng failed: Zugriff verweigert (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

bei psaobsolete.VirtualHostsLocation.Change(String source, String dest)
bei reconfigurator.ChangeLocation.SetRelocateState()

Thanks for any help on how to solve this.

Using:
IIS 8.5
Plesk 12.0.18
FTP 7 Server 8.5.9600.16457

Already tried to correct disk permissions and check component and folder permissions.

It tells "This command is not supported"

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>ftpmng --reconfigure-all

command --reconfigure-all not supported.

Possible commands:
--help
--install
--update-anon-ftp
--add-ip-address
--remove-ip-address
--change-ip-address
--update-explicit-ssl
--set-certificate-hash
--remove-all
--update-user
--update-users
--rename-user
--remove-user
--remove-users-from-ips
--set-disk-quota
--get-disk-usage
--list-sessions
--kill-session
--get-log-directory
--get-ftp-passive-port-range
--get-ftp-passive-port-range-default
--set-ftp-passive-port-range
--set-ftp-passive-port-range-default

I still can't use Plesk, b/c of the wrong vhosts directory.
Can someone please tell me how to change the vhosts dir to another directory?

The reconfigurator ends with the error message "ftpmng failed" at "Reconfiguring FTP server: second stage" as described above.

Is there another way to set it manually or something helping reconfigurator running till the end?

Thanks in advance for any support.

I've reproduced problem and report bug (PPP-10492). We will fix it soon.
After reconfiguration I see that Plesk uses new vhosts dir everywhere. Subscriptions are created successfully, ftp works, files are uploaded to the new place.
The problem is that every new subscription is created without default Plesk's files.
More serious problem with domains created before reconfiguration. They lose its vhost content and FTP users can't login, etc.
If you try to change vhosts location, be sure that you have no domains in Plesk. If you have got some domains it will be better to wait for fix of this bug in next updates.
