What's the difference among these? I can't seem to find a list of parameters and their explanations for websrvmng

Code: 
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng -u --vhost-name=domain.com

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com
Code: 
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng -a -v
