reconfigure-vhost -> missing parameter

When i try to call websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com (like here: http://kb.parallels.com/en/1072),
i get this message:
"Missing required parameter --vhost-config."

Thats my problem, i dont know how to do this in the actual Plesk version.

i get a message that the parameter vhost-config is unexpected.
And why do i have to specify a config at all?

According to the help in websrvmng, following is the paramater required in --install-vhost. Igor, please advice what should be path of --vhost-config file. It is not specfied anywhere.

--install-vhost --vhost-config=<file>

working command i found is

repair.exe --reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name domainname.com

working command i found is

repair.exe --reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name domainname.com

and using repair.exe I get this error:

This worked for me: (Note the quotes)

"%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name domain.co.uk
