recover data

I changed hosting type in hosting setting to forwarding or no webhost in one of my sites , but unfortunatlly I lost all the data in my domain. How can I recover my data in plesk? anybody know the answer?

If you had a backup file under backup manager and you can do it otherwise you can not.
