Question Recover deleted subscription log files

JVG

Plesk version and microupdate number

Hi,

a client has mistakenly deleted the logs directory of a subscription.

A full subscription backup, with the log files included (I downloaded the backup and checked they're there), did not recover the directory.

Is there a way to regenerate these logs inside the subsciption directory /var/www/vhosts/subscription/logs and re-link them to the properly rotated /var/www/vhosts/system/subscription/logs?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I have encountered the same problem.
After restoring a backup of a subscription, the contents of the /log directory are missing, and I think it would be necessary.
Can anyone help with this?

Thank you.
