Recover from System Crash

I was running win server 2003, Plesk 7.5.3, MySQL and my server crashed.. I have a backup copy of the files although it is not a ghost copy. I have reinstalled the software, how do I recover the data, accounts, etc. Please help, as I am desperate. I have very little knowledge and my dedicated server company is not assisting me.

The only way properly to recover them is to restore from a PSADump, if you made one before the crash. Otherwise you have to rebuild all the domains by hand.
