check the logfiles to see what package is blocking the installations (look for things that can't be resolved). Deinstall that package and run the installer again. Make also sure you have the latest version of the installer.

This errors msg is when downloading file not even start the installation part yet. Can you still check the log file if is not start the installation process? If you can, how and where do I check the log file.

check ./var/log you will find some psa install logs
