redirect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/folder to www.name.com

I am having a problem when I redict an existing host on internal server to the plesk hosting from meditemple. The site url is changing and showing the ip address and folder path whwn I just want it to show the webaddress www.name.com. Is there a configuration step I can check?
