Redirecting port in Plesk firewall module

How do we redirect port in Plesk firewall module without touching iptables? I saw forwarding but there was no destination port.
 
Hi,

Did you ever find an answer for this? I am able to add the rule via command line but it is flushed after a reboot. How can I make a persistent port redirect rule?
