reinstall activeperl 5.10.1 build 1007

Hi all, hoping someone can help.
I followed instructions to uninstall plesk business manager at http://kb.parallels.com/en/9327.
By mistake, I uninstall Activeperl 5.10.1 build 1007. Now perl script engine is missing and SpamAssasin component doesn't work. In another KB found that in order to install a perl module, I need to run ppm.bat from folder %plesk\additional\perl\bin\, but unfortunately, file isn't there.
How can I repair this?
My setup is windows 2012 and plesk 11.5.

If you mean this article http://kb.parallels.com/en/1491 that there is instruction for perl modules installation but not whole Perl. Just download it from http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/PANEL-WIN_11.5.30/thirdparty-msi-Windows-any-x86_64/perl.msi or http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/PANEL-WIN_11.5.30/thirdparty-msi-Windows-any-i386/perl.msi and install.
