Reinstall after Problem

Our server was compromised by a rootkit attack.
After restarting the Server (it was set to a rescue system) the server want work any more.
Through our provider we can set the server again to the rescue system. Here we will have access to the harddisk and we can save all the necessary files. How can we restore now all domains and custommers back to a new system ???

It seems that we have an actuall sql dump of the database.

Can someone help ??
