I had to reinstall the Plesk because of an error in the old update of Plesk. My server still has to old files and databases, how can I link to them? Is there a way to connect the old files back to Plesk so I do not have to reupload and rebuild all of the accounts?

Hi,
It is not quite clear what exactly "reinstall the Plesk" means in this case.
It you have performed upgrade of Plesk it should not loose databases, accounts, etc during upgrade.
If you installed Plesk from scratch on new server you should migrate existing accounts from old server using Plesk migration manager:
