Issue Reinstalling Plesk

Hello,

I've accidentally deleted Plesk by running autoremove and now want to reinstall it. I could use the One-Click-Installer and just reinstall it but I'm wondering if this would delete all the config files which still exist or if it will keep them and just functioning as before.
