"Reject when SPF resolves to fail" mail option does not work.

Hey guys,

Have any of you noticed SPF isn't working when set to "Reject when SPF resolves to fail" (option 3 inside /etc/psa/spf/spfbehavior)?

All tests I did which should have returned fail, returned neutral instead, and so mail got thru. In all my 4 servers.

Anyone having the same issue?
